The message indicates that an unexpected error occurred while the analyzer was running.

Please contact our support team and attach files from the analyzer's log directory and the analyzer report so that we can fix this error as soon as possible. To save the log files, run the analysis with the --keep-intermediate-files flag. The log directory is located at:

  • Windows: %TEMP%\PVS-Studio LLC\pvs-js\logs\<project_name>_*\
  • Linux / macOS: ~/.local/state/PVS-Studio LLC/pvs-js/logs/<project_name>_*/ or $XDG_STATE_HOME/PVS-Studio LLC/pvs-js/logs/<project_name>_*/
