Why do we suggest using your corporate email?
We strongly encourage you to use your corporate email when contacting us for two key reasons:
- Priority of user support. Helping you is a very important part of our work. We provide technical support both for the presale process (for users who are not yet customers) and as part of maintenance (for existing customers). We also assist many users who utilize various types of free licenses (for example, student licenses). If you are a company employee, we kindly ask that you use your corporate email address, as this allows us to prioritize and handle your requests more efficiently.
- Continuity of user support. Corporate emails help us instantly recognize your organization and get the full picture of any past interactions. This has proven useful—there were instances where, while discussing licensing terms, usage scenarios, and payment methods, we discovered that the company already had a license in place. In such cases, we will let you know who to contact to obtain access. If there is no license, we will inform you whether we are already in contact with any representatives from your company.
To avoid losing context and missing previous email threads, please use only corporate email to contact us. From our side, we will endeavor to respond promptly and provide comprehensive assistance.
