The V019 warning indicates that an error occurred while working with user annotations.
The analyzer can issue a warning in the following cases:
- The annotation file does not exist. In such a case, check the path to the annotation file again or make sure that the file exists in that path.
- An error has occurred while reading the annotation file. This can happen if a system call to the OS has failed with an error, for example. Make sure the file is valid and the analyzer has read access to the file.
- The annotation has been missed due to an error in it. The message includes the reason why the annotation cannot be used. For example, a mandatory field may be missing, or an invalid value may have been written to a field.
- The annotation has been missed due to a critical error. We would appreciate your help in fixing the issue that triggered this warning. To do this, please send us the following files via the feedback form:
- the annotation file in the JSON format;
- the preprocessed ('*.PVS-Studio.i') file;
- the configuration ('*.PVS-Studio.cfg') file.
